We have been located on the Rokin since the very beginning. So you can be at Central Station in a minute, and instead of enjoying our free lunch, you can also choose to grab a sandwich in the neighbourhood. Our office is cosy and comfortable, with beautiful views of one of busiest shopping streets in Amsterdam. The fridge is always stocked, and there are plenty of goodies in the pantry if you need a little break or something sweet. We are also regularly visited by a sweet ginger cat who lives on the same floor as Plek.

Plek, where does that name come from?

Since 2015, we have been building, from the heart of Amsterdam, the social intranet that is developed from the needs and experience of the employee. Unlike others, we are not a software club or administration programme, but it is our genes to think from the user's experience. Over the past six years, we have evolved from a dashboard with messages to a complete communication and collaboration platform, which over 300 clients are using. But the name 'Plek', where did it come from? The name 'Plek' just stuck!
